It runs at 61 decibels which is so annoying. Haft of the wine we enjoy does not fit. The warranty ‘repairs’ have involved shoving rubber in between parts, but they eventually fall or wear out. The bottle storage is just a horrible design on kitchenaid’s part. Hopefully the noise is just my cooler being a lemon, and not all customers have to put up with the annoyance.

Love KitchenAid products. This unit is a beautiful addition to our new home. Many 'normal' bottles of wine will NOT fit as the rack clearance will only allow for bottles less than 11" in diameter. The 11" diameter bottles will fit but will drag on the rack above. Many Champagne bottles will not fit. Received a bottle of Dom as a gift and it is 12" diameter and will not fit. Too much money for that to be an issue.
