love the craft ice and door in door

i have had the refrigerator for approximately 6 months and absolutely LOVE it I have recommended it to countless friends. I cant believe how spacious the freezers are.

Within the first month one of the freezer door handles flew off and the black stainless scratched. The freezer space is very tight and having two freezer storage areas ends up being useless. The craft ice will not work with anything in the area of the freezer. We chose this directly from LG because of the low stock of other places. The delivery service was terrible we had moved into a new house and the delivery got cancelled and reacheduled for two weeks later without even a call. We ate takeout for two weeks. So so disappointing.

I have had this refrigerator since March 2022 and it has maybe worked for five days. Once the repair is done it maybe works for 48 hours and it goes back to CL E. It has been an uphill battle dealing with LG
