I have had this refrigerator for 2 years. I'd sale it if I could. It looks great, it keeps the food cold. Works like a refrigerator should. Except....the doors close in on you, its a pain in the butt to clean. The water/ice despencer (sp?) was a must have for me, but it really takes up room on the door and in the refrigerator. It makes the shelves on the left door almost useless. The doors are so thick that to get anything of size in the freezer requires the refrigerator doors to be open. The drawer in the freezer requires the doors above to be open to get anything in or out.

We bought this refrigerator in July 2018. The freezer door handle broke, the pantry door does not open without opening the entire door, the ice maker is not working. Customer service has not been the greatest...and now it is dripping water all over the interior of the refrigerator. I loved this unit when we first got it, but since then it has been a total nightmare.

I didn't think I would like the door in the door feature, but found it very handy. Refrigerator runs quietly. Ice maker nosiy when dropping cubes. Spaces provided for small items. Good value with lots of features. Freezer large with solid drawers. Easy to see items. Would recommend to others and would purchase again.

I had to change my water filter for the first time and found out the hard way that you have to pull out the refrigerator and turn off the water valve in order to change it. I had wAter spilling everywhere. Samsung this was and is a bad design. Dissapointed especially seeing that we spend a good amount of our hard earned money.

I have only had the refrigerator for 6 months and have had trouble with the door handle coming loose and the whole door making a noise when we open and close it. Purchase an extra warranty but still the door handle is not covered. Having to pay to get it fixed.
