First the reason for only 4 stars. At 6 months the light to replace the air and water filters came on. Neither my husband nor I couldnt get the cover of the air filter off. Followed directions watched YouTube. I finally put my whole head and arms on the frig and torqued it off and broke off one of the clips. Called and was sent a replacement quickly. Otherwise we love this frig. Our second of this style with the double door on the right for quick access to drinks and such. Love the ice maker in the door. We had to quickly buy the frig right before Christmas and had no choice in finish. It included a second ice maker in freezer for round craft ice. We use them more than we thought we would. My husband cooks and stores lots of meats etc in the freezer you cant beat the three draw freezer. Between the stainless finish and craft ice maker it was $300 more than what we were expecting to spend but with Christmas and a dead frig at home you take what you can get.

I have noticed that our produce last longer in this refrigerator than our last. However the ice maker in the freezer hasnt worked since we got it and service isnt that great. LG would like you to do all the work. It seems impossible to get a repair person.

We bought this refrigerator in May of 2022. We had issues with the craft ice maker a few times. It stopped making ice and was making loud banging noises back in May of 2022. The thinQ app and one on one services worked with us and was able to fox it. The second time it was dumping water in the tray and freezing to a solid a sheet of ice. This time we couldnt connect the refrigerator on line and one on one service didnt help. I called the 800 number and asked for a service guy to come out. The guy came out and installed a new ice maker and gave us advice on how to connect it to the Wi-Fi and it worked and they did it under warranty. Great service by the service man.
