Bought it 3 months ago. Have had trouble with it cooling. LG wont send anyone to resolve the issues. Quit on July 5th today is the 23rd and still no one has even looked to see what the problem is Shoud be called Good Luck Its not lifes good when you cant get them to stand behind their products

All the error codes issues are true. Had this for 15 months and the dreaded FF error code has appeared. Of course warranty has expired and now I must pay for service and repair. Avoid this product if possible

Bought from Lowes on July 3 2023 and delivered July 4th. The water tastes horrible. Filter is not working. I have called LG support many times and they sent a new filter. Sane results. Called Lowes and stated I need to work thru LG. I plan on calling authorized appliance service center on Monday July 17th for service. I certainly hope I will not have to pay for anything. The water coming from the water supply tastes good. When I installed the line to the main supply the water tastes good. When I install the line to the refrigerator it tastes and smells bad. I have done everything that LG support and the manual asks to do and it does not work. I remove the filter and shake out the water but there is no water. Not a drop. From both filters. I am at a point where if this is not resolved promptly I will be asking for a refund. I will buy a different manufacturer refrigerator.

The craft ice feature would be great if it worked. The craft ice maker freezes over and stopped working. I have melted cleared and reset the craft ice maker multiple times. Within a couple weeks the ice maker fails again. I submitted an online request for service on 6/26/2023. It is now 7/15/2023 and there has been no service appointment scheduled.

My previous refrigerator stopped working after 11 years so my husband researched them before we went to purchase a new one. This refrigerator comes on top of the list by Consumer Reports. We purchased it at Spencers and have been enjoying it since it arrived. I wasnt interested in the craft ice maker and at first had problems trying to find the on/off button as the manual needs and online people werent helpful. Its in an awkward place and you have to bend down and reach under the top of the lower freezer drawer just to find it. Otherwise its been fine
