I love this refrigerator only problem is the fan for the ice maker had to be replaced after 8 months. Otherwise it is good

The counter depth refrigerator is nice looking and actually very spacious. However there are a few issues: frost buildup on the top drawer in the freezer. And we still cant get water or ice that tests clear/clean of minerals etc. The water/ice in the door was one of the main reasons we went with this model. Ill be calling LG tomorrow to discuss these issues as they are not addressed in the product manual that came with the refrigerator.

So I bought this through Costco and the delivery process was great until they told me because I didnt have the water shut off at the refrigerator that they were unable to connect the waterline even though I have a water shut off on the waterline in the basement. Now the water dispenser isnt working properly nor is the ice dispenser. Im going to re-install a brand new waterline so I can figure out whether my brand new refrigerator is broken or if its a issue with the waterline which was fine with the old refrigerator really not happy with my new refrigerator purchase at this point. Costco and LG have been giving me the runaround.
