LG has been my go to brand for washer/dryers as I had been impressed with their quality and durability. My last LG washer/dryer was well over 12 years old and still going strong. However I recently moved to a new home and decided that it was time to upgrade. Ive owned this new washer for the last 3 months and i am simply impressed with all the great features and cleaning ability of this top loader. I have high expectations that this product will last for over the next decade+

Love both our washer and dryer. The dryer started to make a loud clicking noise about 3 months after we purchased. Contacted LG repair and they were able to get someone out and fix the issue Very easy to request and the professional service provider took care of the issue in 30 min
