We bought the unit in November of 2021 and it is already broken in October 2022. LG was not easy to work with to get the manufacturer warranty to cover repairs

Bought this as a replacement for a delivery/out-of-stock fiasco with another brand. Couldnt be happier. Over a year and its still getting the job done. Household with 3 adults and 5 pets. Downloaded a wash cycle specifically for pet-mess washing.

The tub is rusting out. We are a retired couple and have only had this washer for 2 years. LG will not stand behind their products.
