I bought this in February - brand new. It was installed at the end of March. By September we kept getting error messages in the washing machine section. Its under warranty. Weve tried unsuccessfully to contact LG to get service under the warranty. Forget it - we receive texts with links to troubleshooting web pages. We get thanks for contacting us did the help work e-mails and texts. We respond NO please send a technician. Thats been going on for nearly a month. The only cycle that USUALLY works is the speed wash. Were finished with this and going to buy a new w/d unit and offer this on a Facebook page that passes on for free all sorts of items. Im sure a technician can get this to work but we cant and LG wont.

Perfect combo for my space. Stackable washer and dryers were too tall for my wife. She would never be able to reach the controls on the dryer. I dont know why they design stackable like that. This washtower is perfect with all of the controls in the center. It also makes it a more compact. It also looks great so we dont have to hide it behind a door. It is part of our room design.

Got this so I didnt have to go down to the basement because of health issues and have not regretted it Its an awesome size AND because I am short I really really like that the controls are in the middle and so easy to access. All the other stackable units I looked at were too high up for me to reach the dryer controls.

Just an awesome appliance This thing is heavy so plan on having a friend help move it into position but man it works like a dream My clothes have never been this clean and nice. I would definitely recommend it
