Works very well, quiet, convenient 3rd shelf is great! I would have given it 5 stars, however, after the wash cycle the unit is so tight it has a definite stinky odor. Does not completely dry, no way to prop open the door for air circulation. Use the recommended setting of auto and sanitize. Could have been designed a little better

Great product. Dishes come out immaculately clean even removing stuck on food. One thing needs improved in my opinion and that is the door. For example: I open the door to put a cup on the top shelf. I do not need to push the door all the way down but the door starts to close on my hand unless I push it all the way down. My Kitchen Ade dishwasher allowed me to push the door down half way or quarter of the way any opening and it stayed put. It stayed at the amount of opening I wanted. The Bosch does not have that feature and I wish it did.
