High Quality Product Great Idea in Theory

This product is great start for Industry 4.0 however it seems like its not ready yet. At the very first day techs warned us about Wireless capabilities and App features which usually does not work. Eventually I have never connected with the app. True steam technology provides remarkable results however I wouldnt count on 3rd cutlery Rack it does not clean at all times. We are happy about how silent it is but wash cycle takes 3 and half hours. Unfortunately currently we are having issues with our lovely dishwasher it trips 15A circuit breaker maybe because of heat it creates. Geeksquad will come next week. Long story short great product great improvement comparing to previous one however it doesnt seem quite ready for me. I would wait another year or go for Signature version of it.

This Purchase Makes Me Sad

Purchased in February 2021 supposed to be delivered in April didnt actually get it until August shipping issues - I get it. I washes fantastically - but it has a life on its own. It randomly starts playing its little jiggle over and over. The dishwasher could be completely empty or have concluded its cycle for hours and then it just starts doing it jingle. That is problem one. Problem two is the tub light used when loading and unloading might stay on 30 seconds or it might stay on two minutes...who knows. Its like being in an X-File episode.

OK dishwasher with issues

I bought this dishwasher about 6 months ago and I am getting ready to replace it with another brand. When you pull the bottom rack out it comes completely out and if you dont catch it your plates fall against each other and break. The stand up prongs in the bottom rack keep falling down causing your plates and bowls to fall against each other and break. The top rack doesnt hold cups and glasses correctly causing them to bang against each other...and break. The light on the outside of the dishwasher to indicate the cycle is complete and dishes are clean goes out after a few hours. On the other hand the steam function is okay but if I do not rinse my dishes well before I put them in the dishwasher they come out with food baked on to them. My last dishwasher lasted 10 years. This one less than a year.

WE bought this diswhaser in late December. WE were rverypleased until the first of October when it began to make a noise first on draining then the moter while washing. WE have had several visits to fix this diswasher -- the next appointment is November2nd. I have explained several times that our 11year old has Luekemia and is very sick. We have been washing everything by hand. Terrible infection opportunuity. What about the month lost on this brand new diswasher. We bought a new washer and dryer last month I believe. We replaced the LG we had. WE like the new feature handling etc The service process and work is terrible. I had to drive to Best buy to get the phone number. They no longer take service calls at Best Buy. I am so disappointed at the Service.
