This is the best toaster I've ever owned! I got the medallion silver color and it looks amazing on the counter top. The frozen button thaws frozen items before toasting which is helpful, and the keep warm feature is great too.

We absolutely love this toaster, it goes up and down by itself with a bell when it's done. You can go wrong with Kitchenaid!

I am very happy with this product. The only thing that could be improved is the length of time it takes to toast at the darkest level. I normally have to use the "A Little Longer" feature to achieve the proper/desired results.

I have been using toaster for about 3 weeks, very consistent. Only drawback is that it is quite heavy to move around in my kitchen "garage cabinet" space..

I received this toaster for Christmas and it'll be going back as soon as the stores are open! I put my bread in three times before it was actually toast! Needless to say it was pretty dry by then!
