Purchased Kitchen Aid appliances for our new home. Warming drawer was very expensive, during installation the ball bearing fell out. It has now been over a month and no repair. I has purchased other appliances since but not Kitchen Aid and not at the previous retailer. I am a retired 38 year Army Veteran and have never encountered a company who's product and customer service is so bad.

I have seen this appliance in my friends homes and they swear by it. While undergoing a kitchen remodel we decided to add this appliance to the list. And boy we don't regret it. Keeps food warm as advertised. Has different temperature settings and 2 temperature modes. One for most food and one for dry food. Very roomy and deep. Have used it several times since we bought it. One of the best items in the kitchen

Replaced double oven using oven/microwave combo. Warming drawer filled gap in cut out. Had to install a shelf Over warming oven and order heat deflector before they would install oven. Shelf added Was not flush with face of cabinet which turns out to be ok as the heat deflector fills gap between so you can’t see any space. Love the look and happy with decision. Added pic of heat deflector.
