I bought this about month ago. I have an apartment I rent. This replaced one that seen its day. My tenant loves the AC. The apartment faces the sunny side. So with 90 plus degrees lately she needs that AC. All good. I bought the 5 year insurance . Just to big a purchase bit to have it. I don't have any photos. Just know the installation was easy.

I bought this unit after much research of the other brands. i like the fact you have options for continuous run or thermostat controlled. Also, it is a heat pump with emergency heat if needed. It is very quiet and works great. Slid in the old Friedrich sleeve without any problems.

I bought this unit to heat and cool a 550 sq. ft. bonus room above my garage that I use as a poker room. Prior to installing this, it would take up to 3 days with space heaters to get the temp up to acceptable levels. In the summer, the small portable a/c unit I used could barely get the job done. With this unit, it takes about 40 minutes to do the same work and keeps the temp where I want it. No need for line set as with a mini-split system and a much lower cost. Wish I had done this sooner.
