Direction doors open had to be changed. Gasket does not seal along entire refrigerator bottom and the 2 door handles don't quite line up. And (because of poor seal?) unit is weeping water in the main refrigerator compartment and into storage bins. Need service right off the bat. That being said, otherwise happy with interior and noise level. Hoping for good customer service. Might be able to recommend the product later, but couldn't do so in clear conscience now.

I bought this a week ago and the amount of food I had in my side by side was not enough to fill the fridge and freezer, although it was more than enough in the old fridge. The look is beautiful and I love the smudge resistance finish. Very satisfied with my purchase!

What a terrible company. After posting a negative review they leave a follow up on your review acting like they are concerned and would like to talk to you about the situation. The number they want you to call is the general service number for repairs.
