Our new LG refrigerator looks and performs great I do not think there is one thing we do not like about this refrigerator. A couple of minor things I might mention - It does seem to take a while to make ice compared to our old refrigerator and there is no light in the bottom freezer drawer. Overall we are enjoying our new refrigerator and am glad we purchased it

While in the first year the freezer began to ice over the outside of packages and ice up the rails. Service people said I had to manually defrost it which too me time to arrange. A year later and now its NOT under warranty I manually defrosted it what is this 1953? and made a $70 certified service company call. Theyve seen this issue often and LG doesnt have a fix and hasnt done a recall. I have to defrost it AGAIN thanks neighbors then they will apply a thin coat of something to the seal and I will have to wait up to 3 days for it to dry. Then MAYBE that will fix the issue. MAYBE. What a piece of crap. Poor value due to repair costs. Boooooo. Fail.

Produces approximately 30 cubes of regular not craft ice per day. Ice maker has been replaced twice. LG says sorry. This is it. In the process of filling return claim with Lowes. Sad thing. Second time purchasing a LG drive. First was great. Customer service was great. This time complete opposite. Obviously no longer a proponent of LG.
