My washer broke a few months ago and I took time to find one that I liked. It’s now been about a month since I’ve been using my new washer and it works perfect! No issues so far. It’s also big so I love that I can fit so many clothes! No complaints so far!

I wanted a simple machine from a reputable company that gave me the option of setting the water level rather than just the HE type that self adjust, had an agitator and I control the water temperature. This does that. The agitator is not quite as aggressive as older models like I would prefer, but cleans much better than one without an agitator. It makes a little bit of noise, but it's not excessive. My clothes get clean and none of that white residue gets left behind. Applying for the store credit card was easy also. I chose the washer and the rep helped me apply. I got an answer in about 1 minute, charged the washer to the card and scheduled a set up. It was an easy in and out purchase. Overall, for the money I'm pleased.

i like the washer and I like GE appliances. They have always worked good for me. My other washer was about 20 yrs old and gave out.
