Brand new, leaking on first run

Our dishwasher has been a lemon since we got it. It immediately started leaking from the bottom of the door. The door doesn’t lay flat when open and there is no solution in the install directions. Then the lower rack roller carrier breaks the next day, just one day after install! I tried to schedule a warranty service repair appointment and I still have not received a confirmation number or email two days later. Extremely frustrated that a brand new dishwasher has three major issues (and a minor cosmetic issue on the button panel) right out of the box and no one has schedule my repair appointment. Nor when I call, no one answers and it hangs up on me. Please contact me GE and make this right.

The dishwasher does a great job. I like the silverware holder. It gets all the silverware clean without any residue. It is easy and straightforward to operate. The only thing I don’t like is the weight of the door. It seems very light.

I bought this for a rental unit because for its price, the look and the performance were better than I anticipated. Its is sleek and looks like brands that cost in the thousands. I always buy midline models and this didn't disappoint. I liked that it is assembled in the USA which keeps our economy strong and our people employed.
