Poor quality

Bought this dishwasher less than six months ago, top and bottom rack are rusting so now it leaves rust marks on the dishes. Very poor quality, and of course, that is not covered under warranty. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
Bad design nothing ever dries

I agree with one of the previous posters. Nothing ever dries in here because there is no vent to get the humid air out. I have to open it every time and let it air dry. Never had any problems with my previous one. It is very cheaply made and not a good appliance.

My parents purchased this dishwasher recently since it fit their budget and it has been nothing but trouble for them. The dishes do not dry and often does not work at all. Very frustrating for seniors who do not have the patience or ability to troubleshoot constantly.

This dishwasher worked GREAT for 19 days. Now it will not start and I can’t seem to get any help from Lowe’s or Frigidaire. I have registered my product, yet the website tells me I haven’t. When I attempt to register it again, I’m told that the serial number is already registered. Calling Lowe’s touted me to Frigidaire where I heard the recording, twice now, that due to unusually high call volume, they can not take my call, go to the website. A vicious cycle!!! Not even an option to leave a message!!!

The worst dish washer ever. For the first 10 loads, it ran but never washed the dishes. So I started to use it as a dish rack. After a month, I decided to run it empty to just wash the dishwasher itself so I could continue using it as a rack. But it never ran. It starts, drains, and stops. What a waste of money!
