I am using it for last 2 months and extremely happy, so far 213 cups brewed. No problems. Every thing works well. I use fine grind setting and that’s what give best coffee flavor even for light or dark roast, reason for that is teh default grinder setting for fine is not that fine, so my recomend setting to fine to get teh best coffee. Phone apps works well local menus are fine too. I have tested the milk frother it works fine but milk is not hot enough but Its OK. I prefer to use external milk frother as its is a much easier option. Customization of custom drinks are easier to create on phone app. I use android and it works as it suposed to work. Installation was not bad either it took 1 hours for installtion in teh cabinet. The new 2022 model have better softclose hinges than previous models. We do clean the cofee brewing unit every 2 weeks just to make sure all runs well.

I have had this machine for over 5 years and I love it. It makes consistent great cappuccino, espresso, coffee, etc. After 5 years I had a part go out,replaced the part and everything is great again.

Fresh ground coffee for every cup. Wide variety of coffee drinks, sizes and special twists. Memorizing your repertoire of your own recipes. All that and a text message to let you know your perfect coffee drink is ready to enjoy makes this a must-have appliance for any serious coffee drinker.

I really wish I could give a 5 star rating to my coffee machine becuase it has such great features. I purchased my first one 2 years ago and had to have it replaced due to it malfunctioning. I had to have multiple visits for a tech and each time a new component was replaced. Finally, after so many attempts to repair it, I was given a new one. Just a few days shy of my one year warraty running out on my replacement, I've had the tech out twice. I am waiting for my next appointment with the tech. At this point I am hoping to get another replacement. Also, when I tried to get extended warranty on the coffee machine, I was told that one is not offered. This is quite disheartening because if this one is not repairable I may have to pay for an entire new machine. Other than all the issues I have had, it is a nice and fun machine to have. I was told that by the tech that the issues that I have had are extremely rare so if you're interested in getting one, don't let my review stop you.
