Failed 5 days after placing in service. Units bake ignition circuit failed on 2nd use of oven. To date - 10 days after failing, I have spent more than 5-hours on hold or interacting with customer service. Reps were very polite but return policy requires a tech to evaluate. Repair tech is scheduled and will arrive in two more weeks. Due to a gas smell in the oven following failed. Gas is valved out to prevent fire/explosion. If the repair tech has parts, I will be without a range for more thanb3 week, requiring the expense of eating carry out or eating microwavable meals. If the tech has to order parts addition time without. If the tech agree unit can not be reporepaired, next available unit is three months plus away. Extremely disappointed in my $1300 purchase.

I love all of the functions it has. It has a great look in my kitchen and was easy to install (by my friend). The only minor problem is that the pictures show it at floor level, but when fitting to counter and leveling the adjustment screws at the bottom show. A bottom front cover would have been a nice feature to make it perfect.

I did my research on the different manufacturers for a kitchen range. Five burners works wonderfully. The burner in the middle allows you to have very large pots. The kitchen ranges that have a griddle in the middle to me is a waste. I love the look I love the way the gas knobs you are able to lock them safety for children canât turn them on. Itâs very attractive easy to clean. The reviews were wonderful and very true from what Iâve experienced. iâll give this kitchen range an A+.
