I've been using it for about a year now. It still love the looks of it, but I have to say that it has some annoying flaws. The software that manages the oven is of really poor quality and it's the only way to use it. The software crashed several times, the timer has to be shut twice when it's done, I've had cases where the touch screen didn't respond, etc. As for the auto cleaning, it only works for little stains at the bottom of the oven, even after several cycles. For anything on the walls or the door, you have to get your gloves out and scrub like in the old days.

I really do love the look and features of this oven. Performs well and oven temp is accurate. I would have given it five stars but I really am not happy with the “self-cleaning” system. It just does not work well and I probably would not have purchased it if I would have known this.
