If I could do it over, I wouldn’t buy this unit. The oven is great! The cooktop needs some design work! It should show which burner is hot instead of a general “hot surface” light. The extra functionality of multiple element sizes seems great but the burner controls are flipped element to element (i.e. the right hand burner control knob has Lo on the top right, the knob to its immediate left has Hi on the top right, requiring extra concentration and confirmation when dialing in heat selections)The element temperature control should just be used to select the temperature and a separate button should be used to select single/dual/triple element, at the different burner stations. The complexity leads to the “low” setting being hard to select and food often being burned.
