This refrigerator was installed in May craft ice maker replaced in August because it wasnt making ice. Its again not making ice 2 weeks later.

This unit broke in first three months. This was my 2 lg in 4 months and both broke. Horrible customer service. Never will I own any LG products again

Love the look. Not overly happy with its production of ice regular and craft. The top freezer drawer is exceptionally noisy when opening and closing. Technician that came ou to take care of me said that is just the way its designed and there was nothing that could be done about the noise. Also it is very noisy when filling the ice maker. It makes an annoying whirring noise. Also according to the technician just the way its designed.
