I bought is about a month ago. It’s a lovely refrigerator but....firstly the handles are uneven. I did read that this has been a major problem. I feel Whirlpool is responsible for fixing this. The other thing I never noticed is that you cannot change the height of the shelves. That really doesn’t work for me but, I will keep it of course.

It's probably too early to rate an item that you hope will last ten years; but so far our new fridge is just great. Perhaps a bit more noisy that the GE we gave up. The lighting is particularly nice and we like the location of the ice maker and bin. It has a very attractive appearance for those who like a sleek look (as opposed to multiple drawers and doors and video screens etc).
