I bought this less than a year ago and the craft ice stopped working 3 times after the third time is when the horror began. It went through 2 third party techs one decided that theyre no longer going to service my state after 3 attempts at trying to get the issue resolved finally the second third party tech after 2 attempts was able to fix my problem. As far as the craft ice it tastes awful much different than the regular ice coming out of the same freezer I wish I could either sell it back or trade it in for something different I dont think I will ever buy another LG fridge with craft ice until LG work the wrinkles out of the craft ice function meaning fix the problem with the unit going out and the taste of the craft ice I paid too much money for this product to get a average fridge.

We have had this refrigerator for a year now. The glass front is nice to look inside without opening the door. The two ice makers are greak. Love the craft ice.
