A really good quality refridgerator

I really like this refrigerator. Of course it keep food cold - but its more than that. The door shelves are wide the shelves are sturdy. I feel like the design maximizes the actual places you can store food. Of course I love the craft ice maker which was the winner for me.

The Worst Customer Service

Id love to tell you how it works but I still dont have it. LG failed to deliver it and I have been waiting for 35 days for a promised refund. I must assume it is a terrible product.

I like my new fridge love the dual ice makers.

I bought the LG fridge with door in door feature and the smaller door hinge already broke. Trying to get service has been a nightmare to say the least and their customer service woke me up on a Sunday at 6am to asking me for a receipt. After 4 tries I finally got an agent in Ohio that understood me. The repair person stood me up and Im still waiting for some sort of reply from LG.

The Perfect Frudge

We have had the fridge about a month and are so in love with it. We had a French door frudge with freezer in the bottom and just hated it. The side by side is so much more accessible for us. The door in door is a great feature and allows us to get to the coffee creamer and other frequently used items : quickly. We also love using the craft ice for overnight water cups. The ThinQ app that LG uses for the fridge is great to have. It allows you to set the fridge light on a timer so it can dim to your preferrred percentage at night or anytime so the light is not overwhelming. Love this The fridge is roomy accessible and full of features

Love outer fridge and LG service

The good love the outer fridge door for easy access to frequently use items the craft ice maker and how well the front cleans up. I also appreciate LGs quick response when one of the freezer shelves broke. A few design problems. The water dispenses one cool glass of water and then tap temperature doors slam shut unless opened all of the way drawer handles are below the drawers requiring bending over too far drawers will only open when the door is all the way open past 90 degrees photo craft ice maker drawer does not have a stop so it can fall out if you arent careful and the door fronts are not flat photo. I also havent been able to use the Thin Q features because he fridge cant seem to stay connected to WiFi but I dont really care about that.
