Freezer constantly has frost in door & ice maker, refrigerator not cold, unable to live chat and unable to talk with anyone call center always too busy and then disconnected

I bought my refrigerator a little over a year and half ago and the doors are rusting. Called service and they donât cover rust issues even with extended warranty. I bought this because I liked the brand and the stainless steal. What a joke of a brand. I recommend buying a different brand.

So. I bought this appliance in late July. It has already failed twice. Once on Christmas and once in Mid-May. The service company they outsourced to will not have the part needed until next week so thatâs three weeks now. I can not begin to state just how absolutely incensed I am and how much this whole episode has soured me on Frigidaire. Shame since the previous fridge lasted 20 years with no issues.

I bought this refrigerator in December/20 It's been making noises since than. At first I thought it was because its making ice. It wasn't. It's been making this clicking noises day and night and it's loud. I've had several repair men to check it out and they've changed a few parts and even put sound dampening pad the coil and it's still making same. I'm not happy with it at all. It doesn't seems like I'm able to get any help with this issue.
