Just had to replace due to a compressor and receiver dryer. Could not get fixed in a quick amount of time between my home warranty and LG. I feel this was mishandled on both parts. over two weeks without a frig. i went out and bought a new one. just so you know i bought another LG model. I am loyal but if this one gives me an issue done for life.

Wheres the ZERO stars option? The compressor died after 2 years of ownership and ended up spoiling food.... Plus side. LG Service was easy to deal with. LG will not reimburse for spoiled food unless the fridge repair took longer than 5 days. What a joke. Stick to making TVs LG. Leave the appliances to the pros...

I bought this 3 years ago and although its a nice looking refrigerator the quality is awful. Am on my 3rd 4th issue. Im tired of it breaking to be honest. LG knew this was a bad model of refrigerator yet wont do anything to help its customers rectify the situation. I havent had ice for 4 or more months. I dont want to spend my money on repairing a fridge that keeps on having issues.
