I BOUGHT THIS OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAD IT SERVICED SEVERAL DUE TO THE ICE MAKER. IT NEVER WORKED IF WE GOT A CUP OF ICE WE WERE LUCKY. LG JUST BRUSHED US OFF LIKE WE WERE NOTHING. WE HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT LG BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE BUT NOT ANYMORE. WE OWN 3-LG TVS A WASHER AND DRYER AND NOW A FRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT WORK. WE NOW HAVE IT IN OUR GARAGE WILL NEVER BUY LG OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
