How to make this ice maker better? By 3D printing a custom lid on the side tank and installing a float on a RO water line. So now my opel has constant RO water ans didnt cut or void warranty by designing a lid to 3D print. Made with 100% infill, so it is solid.

I was so excited to for this ice maker but in the end it was a disappointment. I followed the directions for setup exactly as the manual stated and talked with a tech support person to ensure it was set up properly. It would make about half a glass of ice and then say defrosting for and hour before resuming making another half glass of ice.

I’m frustrated with this counter top pebble ice maker. Had great reviews and it was expensive. Stopped working after two weeks. It was a gift for my wife. Very disappointed.
