I recently purchased an RV with an LG refrigerator. It was missing the freezer gasket so the freezer would not get to freezer temperature. After contacting customer service they requested am original invoice for the refrigerator. I sent them the purchase order for the RV but they said that was not acceptable and would not send me the gasket. The RV dealer had to request the gasket. Ultimately after being without a freezer for three week I received the gasket which I installed the freezer worked fine. In addition I was told that there are no LG repair people in my area.

We bought this 11 months ago. 5 months ago 6 month old unit the ice maker quit working. Trying to schedule a warranty visit has been a nightmare
