We have an issue with the water filter dripping inside the fridge. Moreover, the right french door does not close. Its suction does not work on the door.

The “door open” beep could be louder. Have to make sure to close doors completely. Otherwise I am happy with the overall functionality and looks.

We love all the features of our new fridge this is our send Jennair .We had a Jennair built in oven till we built our new home and wasn't about to leave the Fridge.

This refrigertor is very nice looking, and I love that it's counter depth. However, I have had nothing but problems with the ice make since I purchased it. Either the ice would get stuck inside the ice maker or it wouldn't make ice at all. I expect more from Jenn Air, and I'm really disappointed. I am now using plastic ice cube trays to make ice.

Faulty Freon leak in compressor.

The first french door refrigerator we received started to leak freon and the compressor was faulty the second week we received the item. Service came out on our extended warranty plan and indicated that we should have the unit replaced with a another brand new refrigerator. The process took another week and so far the new replacement has been functioning.
