It took 9 months for delivery. This was ridiculous especially since no one could provide an answer for this significant delay. The product was also delivered with stainless handles rather than the expected black slate. And finally, there was no dairy bin included. That was pretty amazing. Even more amazing that I can't get anyone to remedy this.

We’ve had our new fridge for about 3 weeks now. We got the display model so it has some dings and is missing a light bulb and cover. However, the parts store is extremely detailed and easy to navigate so we were able to find the missing piece quickly. So far we love the fridge though. It’s heavy duty and a great size for our family of 5. The black slate is beautiful too!
