First of all let me say that Frigidaire does not stand behind their products. I purchased the refrigerator 12/2022 and started actively using 1-2023. Since my purchase Iâve had to call the repairman out for 3 issues. The first was for the freezer bottom door. Once I finally got the part that needed to replaced I discovered that I was unable to change the water filter does not come out. And once again Iâm being told the part is on back order. This week I woke up to the refrigerator beeping for no reason and I googled to see what the problem could be. It says to unplug to do a reset. I changed the air filter that the installer never installed at the time it was delivered that was unknown to me. I called Frigidaireâs customer service and was told that itâs probably the computer/control panel and that in order to repair, it would need to be replaced. I told the customer service representative that the refrigerator is less than 1 yr old and under warranty. The representative then told me that the panel is not covered under the warranty because itâs only under warranty for 6 months!! He then asked if I would like to place the order to replace the part. I told him absolutely NOT!! Who has ever heard of such a thing that an entire refrigerator is not covered by the manufacturerâs warranty?!! Iâve never purchased a Frigidaire and now I see why!! I am so angry with this company. I never write negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I did not want mix matched appliances in my house but that may be my only choice!!!!

Loving my new fridge and freezer by Frigidaire. I mostly like the double ice makers, plenty of ice for drinks and the door Iâve is so convenient while still having plenty of ice in the lower freezer so I can fill my cooler. We also love the extra lighting and the interior style with brushed steel accents. We have had it for a few months and we are happy we made this choice for our new fridge.
