So far so good. Chest freezers tend to waste food that gets lost towards the bottom. Our freezer is full of fresh meat with easy access to all of it now. ??

The freezer seems great to date -- i like the alert (we inadvertantly left it partially closed and the alarm alerted us to that mistake). The shelves are roomy and I like the door storage areas. All in all, this freezer is exactly what we had hoped it would be!
