After calling twice our problem with the washer was still not solved. Sage rd were nice but not helpful. Found a solution on Utube

This is by far my favorite washing machine of all the many Ive owned over the years There are numerous settings that are just right for any type of load. I wasnt sure about the clear lid but now it is one of my favorite features

We bought this washer in August 2022. By October it starting leaking. After putting in a service request which was cancelled once due to weather a repair guy came to the house. He has now ordered a replacement part so it will be another 10 to 14 days to get this washer working properly.

With the agitator in my new LG washer my clothes get cleaner than with the older system. This is why I wash clothesto get them clean. My husbands jeans knees finally are clean The unit is quiet and with the glass door it is nice to see it at work. I am very satisfied.
