This brand new washer will not spin; clothes sopping wet. Service rescheduled day of service twice! Still not repaired. Terrible experience.

Only had the machine for less than 2 weeks but so far it has been great. It is a little quieter than the GE machine this one replaced; only hope it lasts longer.
