We bought the washing machine at Best Buy and the draining pump went wad. we did not over use it and we thought that was not ok. We were out of warranty. We called Best Buy and the answer was totally bad they did not care and it was just not acceptable . We called LG and everything changed they took care of all immediately with no charge. LG has the best service I will only buy LG appliances because of the service

We upgraded to a newer version. Great washing machine. Easy to use. Love the depth of the drum. I am able to wash big comforters. Great buy for all the features. I still havent learn how to set a washing cycle so I dont have to always manually do when its time to wash. Any suggestions or ideas will be greatly appreciated. Still love it.
