Needs a bit more for perfection

I bought this machine because I really wanted a machine with a large drum but also I wanted one with an agitator. This offered both. My only complaint or request if someone reads this review is that the agitator have a bit more oomf. Like the agitators on machines when I was growing up. I could literally see the clothing moving what was on the bottom made its way to the top etc.... I would also like it to wash faster---72 minutes on cold for a normal wash seems like a long time. I would like more agitation and quicker washes. I dont need all the bells and whistles. I just need a machine that can handle large loads and washes them well

Purchased 1 month ago and am amazed how little water it uses. First time with a no agitator machine and cleans clothes well on very little water. Water amount is adjusted on load size. Spins clothes nice and dry so dryer time is much less.

It Still Works after 2 weeks but what about 4 year

My last LG washer lasted 4 years. I call customer service and they said they would repair it for free I am still waiting for their follow up case number cnn 220117521808
