I absolutely love this machine! The size of the tub is amazing! There are only 2 of us in the home now, so IÕm able to complete my laundry in 2 loads; one dark and one white. I also love the way the machine senses the weight and redistributes before the actual washing process begins. I couldnÕt be more pleased with my purchase.

DoesnÕt work after 2 months. Lid doesnÕt lock. Fills with water on spin only and never spins. Customer service is terrible and refuses to help. Only ÒtransfersÓ you which is really just hanging up.

WASHER WORKED FINE FOR A WHILE. HAVE HAD JUST OVER A YEAR WHICH MEANS IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. PROBLEM IS WASHER WILL NOT TURN ON. HAVE TO DO A HARD RESET EVERY SINGLE TIME IN ORDER TO WASH CLOTHES. RAN DIANGNOSTIC TEST, SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG, CHECKED CIRCUIT BREAKER, FINE. WASH SMALL LOADS TO NOT OVERLOAD, NO DIFFERENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT SAID NEED TECHNICIAN, 1-800 NUMBER HAS MESSAGE ABOUT TIMES AND HOURS AND THEN HANGS UP.

I bought new washer two week ago I love it machine is quiet and nice motor and I can't wait get new dryer next Tuesday I am so happy new tech washer and save money energy and less water and pretty color Smile

It took me a few times using the washer to get used to all the electronics. I had an old washer and I guess the water level through me the most. That said, I love this new washer, itÕs large and gets the clothes clean with less water. It looks good too. I can wash the smallest of things to quilts, comforters etc. I think I made a great purchase. I had one issue with the washer not running but was helped right away with customer service.
