I love both my brand spanking new GE Profile Washer and Dryer. I'm still getting over the sticker shock, that being the price, additional items needed for installation, removal of old appliances and a new bill for 10 more months... oh and the extended warranty. Other than those cons, the pro is this purchase was an investment, hopefully for years to come

It stopped working completely a week after we got it, when we called the company and the store we bought it from. No one was able or willing to help us for a week. So now we are out of a washing machine.

Pros: 1.) top loading washer. Had front loader for years. Sorry but those stank and leak over time. 2.) High capacity. 3.) GE dependable. Cons: noisy but not unbearable. App features can include start timer.
