It’s inly been a week with daily use and we have not experienced anything negative whatsoever. I do hear the soft “gong” noise some others have mentioned, but it is nothing noticeable for us. It’s quiet, versatile, and user-friendly. Glad we went with this unit.

I bought this machine in April (2019), by June it was leaking all over the floor, they replaced the rubber tube. Then the control board started glitching and settings didn’t work as they should (express wash started the machine, the start button changed a spin speed), once that was replaced the new board made the machine spin out so bad the washing machine shook like mad. They came out again (I’m livid at this point), replaces the board and a new rubber door tube because the friction was so bad it had totally stripped it. The clothing was not getting dry, they were dripping wet, and I was told a new board would fix that. Well the repair guys are coming out again as it’s not working. I mean basic wash and spin! Whirlpool have been horrendous and their customer service is rude and they won’t budge. The repair guys have said whirlpool won’t budge and they often have to go out to brand new appliances that just break, he said he’s visited a house 9 times in one year about a fridge. Don’t buy!!!!!! This for us will he visits 7 since April (it’s October 2019)
