This machine is amazing ... It has so much room for my California King Fluffy comforter ... Cleans great and has many cleaning options ... My bedroom is directly across from the laundry room and I never here the machine running ... I made a great choice ... Thank you LG

The washer is an excellent upgrade from our 8 year old LG 4.5. Performs very well and loads of features. The Smart Home features and functionality is a Joke though. LG claims integration with Alexa but dont expect much. The most important need is to tell you when its started or when its done and that is not possible via Alexa alone. You will need to perform some Smart Home Gymnastics via Smartthings Hubitat Home Assistant or the like to get it to do the most important function. LG does not offer any real type of Smart Home integration. That said it is a really good washer.

We bought our first LG Washer in 2008. It worked great for 15 years and if we had chosen to get it repaired this year when a water pump stopped functioning it might have worked another ten years. But we bought the new LG and love the new electronics. It runs quietly efficiently and loads are finished in less time. It is truly a work horse.

Door errors and doesnt clean

I have had door errors when the door is closed and LG doesnt have any record of this problem. Wash time does not get clothes clean. LG has no idea and claims nothing is wrong with a full normal default of only 28 minutes. Clothes dont smell clean at all. Ironically we have an LG top load in another house that washes nearly twice as long on default. Top loads are supposed to have shorter wash cycles due to larger amount of water used. I have returned several washers with door errors. My recent machine gave a different door error closed but not locked This happened one week after delivery. What is going on with quality control?
