the seal around the drum broke for my washing machine as it seems to be made of poor quality plastic and now water is leaking from the bottom.

recently started getting 3e error on washer. purchased in 2015. had appliance repairman evaluate and will cost $600+ to repair. bearings are worn, another part is cracked and making strange noise that was not diagnosed. this is after we just spent over $750 to repair the matching samsung dryer we purchased as a set that broke down only 4 years after use. we are a small household of 2 therefore washer is lightly used. we always took care of the machine and maintained properly. we do not constantly wash large loads that would wear machine out. no reason the bearings should have worn out. this is per repairman as well when hearing machine only six years old. disappointed with this horrible buy.

washer stop working within two years. keep doing rinse and spin cycle forever. it's a very common problem for samsung washer. i have seen many posts with the same problem. never over load and use it twice a week, can't believe it dies so fast.

we have had this machine for just over 2 yrs. it now spins super fast, even when the spin is set to low. the rpms get so high it’s scary and it sounds like a jet taking off. should last longer!
