The Bosch dryer didn't work out of the box. They had to come and replace the circuit board and the pump. I have a small expectation that appliances work when they arrive.

I bought this mainly because it goes with the ventless dryer, but I am happy with it. I also have a large washer in my basement to do bigger loads, and I use the Bosch compact washer to do my regular laundry. It has some good features, such as an "extra hot" wash temperature, which I like to use with whites. The only thing I wish it had but doesn't is a "soak" feature. You need to press pause and come back.

This washer was the only one I could find that fits into my new laundry room, so I feel fortunate that it works so well. It's dependable, quiet and most of all, the laundry looks great.

My previous Bosch compact washer lasted 19 years so when this one no longer worked I got another Bosch washer. I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the new washer. There are many improvements that this model has like the electronic countdown of how long the wash has left in the cycle and what phase it is in. I do hope that this washer will last as long as my previous one.
