Easy to work controls. The washer shakes a bit during the rinse cycle Love the large capacity and the dual opening door on dryer. The dup came with $100 memorial rebate which has been extremely difficult to get since the desker has its own model numbers on receipt vs. the LG model numbers actually on the machines and are part of the rebate. That had not been a good experience

My new dryer is super easy to run at the right level for whatever I am drying. I never worry about it being too hot or run too long or clothes not being dried. The two way door works flawlessly. Just everything I expected and more from LG
