Doesnt dry clothes

We bought this a month ago and have had a terrible time getting it to dry clothes. We have called support many times with no real resolution to our problem. We have called the gas company and had a repair service come out to the house. Everyone says they cannot see anything wrong but I am telling you the gas is not flowing properly and the clothes only get dry if you put it on high heat and the very dry level it takes forever to dry the clothes in even the smallest of loads It is ridiculous that no one from the company takes any interest or responsibility for this machine not working correctly

We purchased this along with the matching washer last month have used it at least once a week. Its not only easy but I feel that my clothes are much drier. My kids are even doing their own laudry
