It's a good dishwasher. Definitely quite but I can hear it. Funny how some folks say they can't, It way quieter than our old Kitchen Aid. We love the 3rd rack for utensils. I don't like the layout of the bottom shelf. All you can add are plates. It has no way to toughtfully add larger bowls or tall glasses or baking pans. Middle shelf is great for glasses but that's it. Basically this dishawsher was designed by someone with only plates, glasses and silverware in their home. Must have been a dude who doesn't bake and cook for a family everyday. I'm making due and stuff is coming out clean. Loading it just hurts my OCD. ;)

Have had several bosch dishwashers for over 25 years and l have loved the quality. Our last one we bought has had a major issue. The lower rack when full and heavy comes off the track and has to be lifted to get back on. Technician coming soon. When I googled this problem many other folks had a similar problem Hope to get it solved very soon.

Dishwasher was received with a bent lower left corner. Panel was replaced timely. Very quiet operation.

Great with Extra Dry

We were initially not so happy with this dishwasher because, although dishes came out clean, they were not dry. After talking with customer support we tried Extra Dry option with rinse aid and dishes came out spotless and dry. We'd rather not use extra chemicals so will experiment with no rinse aid or natural alternatives like vinegar or hydrogen peroxide.
