Have had several bosch dishwashers for over 25 years and l have loved the quality. Our last one we bought has had a major issue. The lower rack when full and heavy comes off the track and has to be lifted to get back on. Technician coming soon. When I googled this problem many other folks had a similar problem Hope to get it solved very soon.

Dishwasher was received with a bent lower left corner. Panel was replaced timely. Very quiet operation.

This dishwasher replaces my fridgedare dishwasher. That one dried my dishes completely. This BOSCH does a good job of cleaning but the door and plastic shelves are sopping wet, even with extra dry cycle and sanitize option. I am using dry finish and had BOSCH adjust settings over the phone with me to give me best options but I still have to dry my silverware and plastic with a towel. I would buy a different dishwasher with a heating element next time.

Instructions on how to use the dishwasher are not easily understandable. When trying to access speed wash, the controls revert to normal wash and the instruction book does not address this issue.

This is the first Bosch dishwasher I have. Switch to it base on its reputation for reliability. The installation is easy and well thought out. Operation is smooth and quiet. So far I am very happy with it.
